I have just spoken with the customer support in Cyprus over Skype Phone.

The lady said that it is a technical problem with huge amount of withdrawals, which they promise to be solved by late Friday or up to Saturday.
Meaning that all pending withdrawals to PPs will be cleared.
One problem they are trying to cope with are the overwhelming amounts they need to supply to the payment processors, which have their limitations, as exchange operations, etc.
On the other hand the highly increased quantity of orders to process per day. They have never had such an amount of withdrawal requests per day until recently.
The lady confirmed that smaller payments are made with higher priority than those for larger amounts, in order not to worry the majority of us.
The lady sounded in my opinion very sincere and reassuring and said that these are simply technical issues which will be settled by the weekend.
I told her that it is not the best moment to promote a new plan before paying the pending withdrawals, because we feel not reassured to make a new spend before we get payed.
Further I said that they should publish some news relating to the problems at hand and not leave us in the dark.
She agreed understanding our worries and said she will pass my remark to the responsible staff.

My opinion is that the B.C. case caused some panic to us investors and disturbed the normal cash-flow to/from GF, hence the technical problems described above.
We shall hope that what I have been explained is the truth....or do we have another choice indeed?

P.S.
I forgot to mention that the lady spoke fluent English with a slight Greek accent, but this fact can be confirmed for sure only by a native English speaker.
Anyway it seems that GF have some real people behind the scenes!

I want to confirm what was posted here. I too have talked to GF on the phone yesterday. I also spoke with an English speaking female--I think her name is Nancy. I am from USA and had a little problem understanding--I had to ask her to repeat what she had said because I didn't quite understand her. I also pointed out about having news posted--with Sophia also, so that we investors do not panic. I agree with you 100% but am still a little worried. I along with a few others, still have payments pending since last week, but these are larger amounts. I have been with GF for 10 months and think they are an incredible program.

I've been investing with GF and many other HYIPS for a long time now, I've been with GF since November 2008 with $20,000.00 USD. Since then, I've made more than $125,000.00+. But I don't just say bull ****, I will attach a screen shot of my account for all to see how amazing GF track record is and it's affect on my account is evident.

I felt that I had to say something because you're all filling the air surrounding GF with your negative comments and rumors... because why? They're having problems for the first time since they started? Do anyone of you realize how big GF is? It's huge! It's ranked 2900 on Alexa.com... NO HYIP is even close to getting that kind of traffic. Ever since the court case, you all are losing faith and turning your reinvestments off causing the whole system to overload with withdrawals... can you blame them for having problems with thousands of withdrawals?

GF is the most professional and solid hyip, not one of you can deny this. And when the going is good you all praise them but when they encounter turbulance you all cry and swear it's the end. It's always the ones who arn't in profit that do this, always. You're mad you didn't invest way back when your friend Joe did and now he's like me with a big fat bank account because I invested early and kept it reinvested all 3 times my shares matured.

Even with all this going on, the withdrawals, and court case... I put my EMGF on 100% and I am by no means rich, I just know GF isn't going anywhere... They're way too big and have way too many investors to go down. Panamoney went through the same thing already... they lost their case because they didn't have a license to trade shares, GF proports to have one so we'll see.. Either way, panamoney is still stronger than ever but not nearly as big as GF. So why get scared? It's another country investigating (canada) GF, doesn't mean CYPRUS is going to shut them down. Think about it.

Here's where I'm at...



So GF Investors, who are you going to listen to? People who have $100 invested or $20 invested and complain about everything or someone who's been around since GF started and made over $125,000.00+ and is saying everything is going to be fine?

If you want your account to look like mine, wait it out... the worst thing you can do is take your investment off 100%... You're just going to slow your investment down from making Real money like me. It's going to take you 3 months to get your investment back which could have been used to build your investment even higher... then you're gunna regret taking it off 100%

I'm still here...


It's hard to find time to post on here when I'm busy all the time... I can modestly say I have money to blow these days and I'm having the time of my life.

I got my 4 digit payment from GF today, took 3 days... Everyone needs to be patient while they sort everything out. Everyone has an average of 3+ pending withdrawals everyday... multiply that by thousands of investors and you have a huge bottleneck.

What have I done during these troubled times?

I re-invested $6000 cash balance into my daily shares and kept it set to 100%.

I have absolutely no worries that GF will make it through without slowing down.

Also, regarding my Two posts UMB, i've been around MMG for 2 years now, I just never felt compelled to make a post as I'm too busy these days, especially with the money i'm making to be honest.

Wednesday, March 10, 2010 - ASC issues order against Genius Funds

The Alberta Securities Commission has issued a temporary order against Genius Funds, Genius Investments and Genius Investments (Cyprus) Limited, based on allegations that they have engaged in illegal trading and distribution of securities in Alberta. The order prohibits the Cyprus-based entities from trading in any securities or relying on any Alberta securities laws exemptions. In addition, an interim cease trade order is in effect until March 24, 2010, prohibiting all trading in Genius Funds, Genius Investments and Genius Investments (Cyprus) Limited securities. An ASC panel issued the order after hearing evidence from ASC staff that Genius Funds, Genius Investments and Genius Investments (Cyprus) Limited are dealing in and trading in securities to Albertans without registration, a prospectus or use of an applicable exemption. The British Columbia Securities Commission has also issued a temporary order prohibiting Genius Funds from trading any securities or engaging in any investor relations activities in British Columbia. In addition, securities commissions in Manitoba and New Brunswick have issued investor alerts in connection with Genius Funds. At an appearance scheduled for March 19, 2010 in Calgary, an ASC panel will consider extending the interim order.
