First of all, I would advise to take any blog with a grain of salt. These guys are posting whatever they can in order to boost visits to their sites. And negative posts bring significant results in comparison to other news. And it's not Washington Post that could be sued for getting out with pure nonsense.

For example, since we are not BC company the commission can not actually forbid our activity in the US or EU since it is out of their jurisdiction. Yet I have received some forwarded blog posts that the BC commission's order had our world-wide operations ceased. Others are referring to the commission being the same as a court. Can the commission freeze anything? They can not since it is not the court of the law. Did you read that the commission actually put temporary ban on us selling securities in the province? Yet Paul posted it in a way that Genius Funds is banned everywhere in the world. Taking sentences out of context is quite a weapon, isn't it?

Obviously in case we will be left without possibility to operate our AP and/or STP account other options will be offered to those using these processors. The same as happened when U-GotCash went out of business last year. And we are actually offering and accepting StrictPay payments already.

Concerning the whole Canadian story, the BC securities commission is pushing for hearing due to a few affiliates in the province that were soliciting investors from that province in violation of investment act. Our counsel will be at the hearing and I believe the order will be lifted.

We operate in 120 countries around the world. You have to understand that it is hard to us to follow rules of every jurisdiction including provinces. We did not actively solicit investors from BC, neither have we advertised in BC.

If the order won't be lifted, we will have to stop serving investors from that province. Existing investors will not be affected by this. Since you are not from that region there is nothing you have to worry about.
