Taxation is an important subject of consideration when choosing your investment. Some countries impose taxes on dividend income only; others impose taxes on capital gains and distributions.

Genius Investments does not provide advice on tax-related matters. Before investing with us or with any other management firm, we recommend to contact a tax expert in your country of residence or citizenship.

We usually do not provide tax forms or income summaries for presentation to tax authorities. We do not release information to any tax authorities other then in Cyprus. We will release information on an account only if a court issues a legal decree on an original and official form, using certified mail. We will not honor rulings to freeze and consolidate accounts if they were not issued by Cypriot courts.
