Meetings
We had some great meetings once again, this week. Both days were near capacity crowds. From the enthusiasm shown I know many had not heard the meetings before. It's always great to experience the excitement first hand. If you haven't been to a meeting yet you should try to make time to listen to the project and details of what fuels the PTV program. After the information is given there is always a question and answer time where you can ask any unanswered questions you may have. While we welcome any questions, we ask that you contain your questions to those not having to do with plans and procedures as our moderators are always on hand to answer those questions. Please watch the announcements in the newsletter, on the forums and in our chatroom for times and dates.
Support Question of the Day:

Blog Article of the Day:
Returns Too Big To Be True Probably Aren’t PTVPartner
Our blog article today has unique facts and figures regarding investing in the international property market. The article begins with “A current worry among many real estate investors around the world (the ones who haven’t lost their holdings altogether to foreclosure or other calamity) is that their property assets are worth less today than they were a few years ago. We’re all in this same boat. However, worth less is not the same as worthless.” Though the examples given are US based the same principals would apply internationally by adjusting some of the figures.
Please check out our blog for many useful and interesting articles and as always, please leave your comments and feedback. I'm sure there are many who can share their own opinions and ideas. Please feel free to submit your own articles to support@ptvpartner.com. We will review them for inclusion on our blog. No doubt we have some writers out there who would like to compose their own to submit and we thank those that have already done so.
Joke of The Day:
Did you hear about the guy who called the police because he saw some people stealing things out of the shed in his back yard? The police asked him if they were in his house and he said, "No." Then the police said that all units were busy and he should lock his doors. They would send someone as soon as they could.
The guy hung up, waited 30 seconds and called back. "I just called you about the people stealing things out of my shed. Well, don't worry about it, I shot them."
In less than five minutes, police cars screeched into his driveway, sirens blaring, and caught the thieves red-handed.
"I thought you said you shot them," said the officer.
"Thought you said no one was available," he replied.
Ok... I didn't promise they'd be GOOD jokes!
